    M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Plant Pathology:

    A master’s degree (equivalent to sixteen years of education) is required, with at least a second division in the relevant subject under the annual system or a minimum CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.00 under the semester system, as recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. A valid GAT (General) result, conducted by either NTS or the IUB departmental test, must be obtained with at least 50% marks before admission.

    Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Pathology:

    MPhil/MS or equivalent/Eighteen years of education with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.00 or 60% in the case of an annual system recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.     PhD Admissions:

    PhD admissions at IUB remain open throughout the year. Candidates seeking admission to any PhD program at IUB should visit the respective departments to obtain the consent letter from their supervisors. The relevant supervisor will issue the consent letter if he/she has the vacant slot to recruit a new scholar.
