Eligibility Criteria for the Moroccan Government Scholarship Program 2025-26:

  • For Undergraduate Studies: Students aged between 19 and 23 years old. They must hold a CAPE/associate degree in 2024 with a grade of A or B. They should have maintained a good academic record during the last two semesters of their studies.
  • For Master’s Studies: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. Applicants must have either a 1st or 2nd class honours degree, a recognised diploma, or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field. Must have a good academic record
  • For PhD Studies: Applicants must hold a master’s degree in the relevant field. Applicants must possess a recognised higher education diploma that is equivalent to a master’s degree in the relevant field. Applications must meet the general admission requirements of the program or the concerned universities.

The following are the benefits of the Moroccan Government Scholarship Program for the 2025-26 academic year:

  • The Government Scholarship in Morocco will provide a stipend of 1750 Moroccan Dirhams monthly (almost 175 USD).

Moroccan Government Scholarship Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Applicants: Verified copies of 1st & 2nd year CAPE or Associate Degree, birth certificate, tertiary-level transcript, National ID card (copy), police record, and the passport biodata page (copy). A medical certificate from the public health department
  • For master’s and PhD applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those mentioned above: University diploma(s), curriculum of study for degrees, and official transcripts of the diploma(s) are also required. The master’s dissertation/thesis and the PhD thesis project are required for PhD candidates.
