The sealed envelope must be sent to the address below by the deadline of November 1 (postmark), but only if they have filled out the online application and sent it successfully.
  • Applicants who have a bachelor’s degree from a university in a State that ratified the Lisbon Recognition Convention must not send certified copies by postal mail.
  • The application form for the scholarship must be filled out on a computer and duly signed by the applicant.
