Candidates have to provide the following documents to apply for the scholarship:
- Application form (completed and signed)
- Copy of passport, Passport-sized pics
- Copy of Identification Document
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- For a master’s Degree: Diploma or certificate of an undergraduate degree
- For a doctorate: Diploma or certificate of an undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree
- Two essays for each chosen study program (formatted with Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 cm line spacing, and 2.5 cm margins).
Eligibility Criteria of Brazilian Government Scholarship 2025-26:
To qualify for the Brazilian Government Scholarship, a candidate must meet the following conditions:
- ust be a national of a country with which Brazil has diplomatic relations.
- Must not be a citizen of Brazil
- Affirmation of excellent physical and mental health is required before applying for postgraduate study.
- Must be able to pay for extra costs not included in the scholarship (such as travel, obtaining a visa, purchasing overseas health insurance, and other living expenses)
- Must be able to provide the degree’s graduation certificate, whether applying for a master’s or doctoral degree.
- To prevent disqualification, doctoral candidates must confirm whether the selected graduate program requires a master’s degree and act accordingly.
